How long will I be waiting for my order?

-Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

Will I receive a refund for items I haven’t received?

-Refunds will be issued for items not in stock. This usually takes around 4/5 working days to appear in your bank account.

How do I return unwanted items?

Returns Information

Please inform us of your intention to return goods by filling out our Returns Form. You will need to have your receipt in paper or by email for proof of purchase.

Your order number will need to be clearly marked on the form you send back with the goods. We would recommend you to use some form of recorded delivery and make sure goods are securely packaged and insured as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Can I change my order after processing it?

Please review your items carefully before finalising your order as we can only offer a 14 day exchange time. All items to be exchanged must in all original packaging and not used. We do not offer full refund for unwanted items.

Damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing goods.

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or goods listed on the receipt are missing please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

We will review the matter and contact you immediately . We will refund you the cost of delivery if you are required to send anything back to us. We will request photos for any items that are damaged and in some cases they will need to be sent back to us.

Furniture and equipment items.

Furniture and equipment online orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 days after the date of delivery. If cancelling order before or when items arrive you will or refunded 80% of your total order.


All products are subject to warranty. All warranty differs depending on the item. Contact us with any issues in regards to goods consumed.

No warranty will apply in the respect of:
1. Any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, failure to follow the company’s instructions and premature failure caused by poor cleaning or maintenance.
2. Goods which have been continued to be used by the customer after any failure or defects of the good when the issue first becomes apparent.
3. Electric or electronic components , damage caused by exposure to high voltages, static damage, damage caused by mishandling components.
