Your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days depending on the product.

Refunds will be issued for items not in stock. This usually takes around 4/5 working days to appear in your bank account.

Returns Information
Please inform us of your intention to return goods by filling out our Returns Form. You will need to have your receipt in paper or by email for proof of purchase.

Your order number will need to be clearly marked on the form you send back with the goods. We would recommend you to use some form of recorded delivery and make sure goods are securely packaged and insured as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Please review your items carefully before finalising your order as we can only offer a 14 day exchange time. All items to be exchanged must in all original packaging and not used. We do not offer full refund for unwanted items.

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or goods listed on the receipt are missing please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

We will review the matter and contact you immediately . We will refund you the cost of delivery if you are required to send anything back to us. We will request photos for any items that are damaged and in some cases they will need to be sent back to us.

Furniture and equipment online orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 days after the date of delivery. If cancelling order before or when items arrive you will or refunded 80% of your total order.

All products are subject to warranty. All warranty differs depending on the item. Contact us with any issues in regards to goods consumed.

No warranty will apply in the respect of:
1. Any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, failure to follow the company’s instructions and premature failure caused by poor cleaning or maintenance.
2. Goods which have been continued to be used by the customer after any failure or defects of the good when the issue first becomes apparent.
3. Electric or electronic components , damage caused by exposure to high voltages, static damage, damage caused by mishandling components.

When you are at the checkout, your delivery fee depending on the area the item is being delivered to will be added on!

delivery on items in stock is 3-5 working days, pre-order delivery is 12 weeks.

Yes, we do offer the option of the items being collected. To collect your items please phone us to make an appointment for collection. Collection times will vary depending on the item.

If you are returning an item due to the item being unwanted we have a 14-day returns policy. You must fill out our returns policy form. We do not cover any fees for returning items to us. They can be posted to us or returned by the client.

We offer over-the-phone consultations or we offer the client to come in and chat with one of our sales team to give them our advice on what will look best, prices, delivery times, finance options etc.

We offer the option of Flexi – fi for finance.

Yes we offer the option to come to view our products before you buy, and appointments need to be made with ourselves than the client can come to view the products in.
